
EUGENE A. RYFINSKI,
MD
Dr. Ryfinski is proud to be a lifelong resident of Mercer County, having received a B.S. in biology from Trenton State College he went on to earn his M.D. from American University of the Caribbean.
His residency training was completed at what was then known as Trenton Affiliated Hospitals now Capital Health Regional Medical Center. There he received the Third Year Medical Resident of the Year and achieved the Ronald M. Franz MD Award.
He has had multiple teaching appointments at St. Francis Medical Center and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School as a clinical instructor.
He has been an investigating physician in multiple studies including the Caridzem LA PLACE program, ONO Pharmaceuticals Stroke Trial and the Parexcel, Inc. Lantus GOAL A1C study.
Dr. Ryfinski is trained in the latest Student Athlete Cardiac Assessment Professional Module and continues to serve as a physician for the Ewing Board of Education for over five years.

PAUL A. WALKER, DO,
FAAFP
His internship was completed at Lakeview Hospital in Milwaukee returning to Philadelphia to complete his Family Practice residency at Northeaster Hospital. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice and the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice.
Dr. Walker has participated in multiple clinical studies including the Cardizem LA PLACE program and the ONO Pharmaceutical Stroke Trial and was a member of the Pfizer Advisory Panel.
As a CDL examiner who is currently certified by the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration, he provides physical exams for commercial drivers in the state of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Association of Family Practice and the Princeton Physician’s Organization.
Dr. Walker is trained in the latest Student Athlete Cardiac Assessment Professional Module and continues to serve as a physician for the Ewing Board of Education for over five years.

MAYA MANN, PA-C
Ms. Maya Mann, a 2001 graduate of Ewing High School, has returned to her hometown to practice medicine. Ms. Mann graduated cum laude from Xavier University in New Orleans in 2005, and holds a Master’s of Science Degree Physician Assistant from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
She has held various offices in the Student National Medical Association which she also mentored undergraduate students to pursue medical careers and hopes to continue this in Ewing.
She annually volunteers at The Special Olympics is a member of The American Association of Physician Assistants and on the staff of the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro.
Ms. Mann is certified by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration as a commercial driver’s license (CDL) examiners to provide physical exams for commercial drivers in the state of New Jersey.
She joined Ewing Medical Associates in 2013 under the guidance of Drs. Ryfinski and Walker, as the staff Physician Assistant and continues to mentor future students of medicine.

Chantel Hale, Nurse Practitioner
Ms. Chantel Hale is a nurse practitioner at Ewing Medical Associates with a strong connection to the practice. As a primary care provider, she brings expertise in diagnosing, treating, and prescribing medications. With a background in various fields, including the music industry and radio, Hale’s diverse experiences contribute to her ability to connect with patients and provide comprehensive care. She is actively involved in professional associations and serves as a mentor to nursing students.
Outside of work, Hale enjoys outdoor activities and is known for her adventurous spirit. Her deep appreciation for the community-oriented environment at Ewing Medical Associates drives her commitment to providing accessible and compassionate care.
